It is really a joy to see a child be so interested in building and creating shapes and configurations out of their imaginations.     We’ve now purchased two sets of these for our kids and let’s be honest, we play along with them as well! They’re really fun! Well made toys that should last through kids and grandkids. Large pieces make them easy for even our baby to play with and love without worrying about choking. We’d totally recommend these for fun ingenuity for all ages!

    My nephew is 14 months and immediately took to them. When we showed him what to do he thought they were amazing and wanted to try for himself. Sure he’s a little young to be able to build shapes out of them, but they magnetize so easily to each other and with a decently firm grip that he was able to put together and take apart 2 items over and over. You could see his little mind trying to work out what he could do with each piece as he studied the different colors and shapes. I say this was a big win and we will probably be expanding his collection as he gets the older!

    This toy continues to entertain all of us who play with the magnetic sticks/balls. Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loves it and likes to tell us what shapes she's making. Note: the "cool" colors are magnetically attracted to the "warm" colors. This can frustrate a toddler a bit, but not so much that she stops playing with it.

    I do watch my 2 year old with them because the metal balls are small enough to put in his mouth- not small enough to swallow- too big for that- but he can and does put in his mouth so just keep an eye on to be safe.
